• Coverage Period:
  All LeisureCraft products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty for residential use only.

• Who Is Covered:
  This warranty applies to the original end-user consumer and begins on the date the product is received.

• What Is Covered:
  Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

• What Is Not Covered:
  This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper or incorrect installation

  • Inadequate or improper maintenance

  • Exposure to natural weather conditions

  • Failure to follow manufacturer installation, use, or care instructions

• Warranty Remedy:
  Approved warranty claims will be fulfilled through the replacement of defective parts at no charge.

• Warranty Term:
  Replacement parts do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

• Exclusions:
  This warranty is limited strictly to parts replacement and does not cover labor, service, removal, or installation costs.

Standard Delivery included in purchase - The Hot Tub crate is delivered to the end of your driveway or sidewalk.  Customer is responsible for unloading the crate from the truck. 

• Production time typically ranges from 1-3 months depending on manufacturer schedule & timelines.  Feel free to contact us for estimated production dates & shipping.

• If the shipping crate is longer than 92”, a liftgate will NOT be available to assist with unloading.

• If the shipping crate is shorter than 92”, a liftgate may be available to assist with unloading.

• Please ensure you have proper equipment or assistance for unloading large crates.

• Important!!!
  Please review delivery, unloading, and shipping policies carefully. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges which will be the responsibility of the customer. Any third-party delivery fees will also be billed to the purchaser if policies are not followed.
