My career started in 2010, as a personal trainer in the gyms, so, I have a firsthand understanding of how uneasy and difficult it can be to get started on a mission towards strengthening the body, maintaining motivation, and overcoming plateaus.  With so much information on topic of health, fitness, and wellness, it can be overwhelming.
