Refund & Returns Policy

 1. Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the My Active World website located at www.myactiveworld.com ("Website").

3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States of America have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4. Return Process

  • Important Note: Each brand will have specific return/refund policies as noted below

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Email us at support@myactiveworld.com or call (505)289-1660 within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization:

  • After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Package the Item Safely:
    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

    • Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.

  • Include Documentation:

Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents or images.

  • Attach Shipping Label:

Download and print the return shipping label provided in our email.

Affix the label to the outside of the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Shipping Method:

    • Use a trackable courier service & the return Authorization courier

  • •       Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

  • •       Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Return Window:

    • Ship the item within 7 days after receiving the return authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

    • Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt.

  • Refund:

    • A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notification:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Documentation:

    • Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage.

  • Resolution:

    • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

  • Notification:

    • Inform us immediately upon receipt.

  • Resolution:

    • We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned (at our expense) and ensure you receive the correct product.

6.4 Product Never Arrived

  • Notification:

    • Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.

  • Resolution:

    • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

    • If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement product.

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:

    • You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

  • After Shipment:

    • If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

6.6  Brand by Brand Refund & Return Policies

Leisurecraft Refund & Return Policy

  • All Sales Final:
    Returns are not accepted due to the high cost of cross-border shipping.

  • Authorized Returns Only:
    If a return to the factory is approved, the following applies:

    • 20% restocking fee

    • Customer/dealer is responsible for all return shipping costs

    • Product must be returned in original packaging and original condition

  • Inspection & Refunds:

    • Products are inspected upon return

    • LeisureCraft determines product condition and refund amount

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Within 14 Days of Order Entry:

    • Cancel without penalty

  • After 14 Days:

    • $65 cancellation fee applies

  • Within 7 Days of Ship Date:

    • Orders cannot be canceled

Order Change Policy

  • Within 14 Days of Order Entry:

    • Changes allowed without penalty

  • After 14 Days:

    • $65 edit/change fee applies

    • Examples include:

      • Adding or removing products

      • Adding or removing options

      • Changing shipping method

      • Changing delivery address

  • Within 7 Days of Ship Date:

    • Orders cannot be edited or changed

  • After Shipment:

    • Address changes incur a $250 fee

Stroops Brand Refund & Return Policy

Returns

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached

How to Start a Return

  • Email support@myactiveworld.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Stroops is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for return processing

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your payment provider

  • You will receive an email once your refund has been processed

Lycan Fitness Refund & Return Policy

1. Voluntary Returns (Not Related to Product Defects or Lycan Errors)

This process applies when a customer wishes to return a product for an exchange or refund without any product defect or fault from Lycan Fitness.

General Conditions:

  • Applies only within 30 days of the purchase date.(We can only accept return requests within 30 days of purchase to ensure product quality and traceability.)
  • The customer must return the item in its original packaging and is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • Once the item is received, it will undergo an inspection to verify it is in optimal condition.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued, excluding the original shipping cost.
  • Lycan Fitness reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
  • Products marked as final sale, clearance, or second hand are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or warranty coverage.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

This process applies when a customer receives a damaged or defective product.

  • If the product arrives visibly damaged due to carrier handling, please report it

immediately upon delivery so we can assist with a shipping claim.

Procedure:

  • The customer must provide photos and/or videos to support the damage claim.
  • If the issue is confirmed:
    • A UPS return label will be issued for the product to be sent back.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Once the item is received:
    • A technical inspection will be performed to verify the issue.
    • The inspection will be completed within 5 business days of receipt, and customers will be notified immediately of the resolution.
    • If the damage is verified, the customer will be offered two options:

 A replacement of the same product in new condition (Lycan covers shipping), or

 A full refund, including the original shipping cost.

  • If the inspection does not confirm a manufacturing defect (e.g., the issue results from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear), the item will be returned to the customer, and shipping costs may apply. The customer must confirm payment of the return shipping before the product is sent back.

Note: This policy covers manufacturing defects and shipping damage only. Normal

wear, misuse, or product modifications are not covered.

Important Notes:

  • Returns will not be accepted for used or mistreated items, or for products not returned in their original packaging.
  • All returns require prior authorization from Lycan Fitness.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection approval.
  • If a product was not discounted at the time of purchase but later goes on sale, it does not qualify for an exchange or price adjustment. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed before the promotion became active online. 

Major Fitness Brand Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy:

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment only.

  • Cancellation requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Cancellations must apply to the entire order; partial cancellations are not supported.

  • If you need to remove items, cancel the full order and place a new order.

  • Inventory is not reserved after cancellation and items may sell out.

  • You’ll receive an email confirming the outcome of your cancellation request.

Returns:

  • Major Fitness accepts returns within 35 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale.

  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be refused.

  • Exchanges are not currently offered.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrectly shipped

  • Affected by seller-related delivery issues

Please submit your return request within 35 days of delivery. If your package arrives damaged or opened, we recommend taking photos or videos to include with your request.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or self-repair

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products not purchased directly from Major Fitness

  • Items excluded by applicable laws or regulations

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the return is due to seller error or defect, Major Fitness will cover return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@myactiveworld.com to request a return (required before sending items back).

  2. Once approved:

    • Customer-initiated returns: ship the item back and provide tracking.

    • Seller-related returns: a prepaid return label will be emailed within 1–2 business days.

  3. Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt.

  4. Refund confirmation will be sent by email once approved.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shop Pay: up to 10 business days

  • PayPal: 3–7 business days

  • Other payment methods may vary by bank or provider.

7. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or Personalized Products:

    • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Intimate or Sanitary Goods:

    • Including underwear, swimwear, and personal care items, unless unopened and unused.

  • Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products.

8. Refunds

8.1 Refund Conditions

  • Approval:

    • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Notification:

    • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Condition:

    • Items must meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.

8.2 Refund Processing

  • Method:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Time Frame:

  • It may take up to 14 to 21 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

8.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Condition Issues:

    • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Late Returns:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

9. Exchanges

  • Eligibility:

    • We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Process:

    • To request an exchange, contact us at support@myactiveworld.com.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • For defective or incorrect items, we cover the shipping costs.

    • For exchanges due to change of mind, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

10. Timelines

  • Return Window:

    • Returns must be reported and shipped within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Return Processing:

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within  14 business days.

  • Refund Period:

It may take up to 14 to 21 days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

This Return and Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
