  Covers manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase, valid for the original retail purchaser only.

• Post-Warranty Support
  Maintenance and service may still be available after the warranty period. Any shipping, labor, or service fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• What’s Not Covered
  The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, improper assembly or maintenance, modifications, abnormal use &/or unintended operating conditions other than what the product was intended for, or normal wear and tear.

• Service Territory
  Warranty and after-sales support are provided only within the approved Service Territory. Products located outside this area are not eligible for service.

  • If the product is located outside the Service Territory at the time a service request is made, Major Fitness is not obligated to provide warranty or support services.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product remains within the Service Territory if warranty service may be needed.

• Non-Transferable
  This warranty cannot be transferred and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty terms cannot be altered or extended by any third party.

• After the Warranty Period

  • Once the one-year warranty has ended, maintenance and service support may still be available.

  • Any transportation, labor, or service fees incurred after the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all Major Fitness products — no hidden shipping fees.

• Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days for in-stock items.

Refund Policy – Major Fitness

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before shipment only.

• Cancellation requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Cancellations must apply to the entire order; partial cancellations are not supported.

• If you need to remove items, cancel the full order and place a new order.

• Inventory is not reserved after cancellation and items may sell out.

• You’ll receive an email confirming the outcome of your cancellation request.

Returns

• Major Fitness accepts returns within 35 days of delivery.

• Returns must be unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale.

• Original packaging and all accessories must be included.

• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be refused.

• Exchanges are not currently offered.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We accept returns for items that are:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival

• Incorrectly shipped

• Affected by seller-related delivery issues

Please submit your return request within 35 days of delivery. If your package arrives damaged or opened, we recommend taking photos or videos to include with your request.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or self-repair

• Normal wear and tear

• Products not purchased directly from Major Fitness

• Items excluded by applicable laws or regulations

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• If the return is due to seller error or defect, Major Fitness will cover return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@myactiveworld.com to request a return (required before sending items back).

2. Once approved:

   • Customer-initiated returns: ship the item back and provide tracking.

   • Seller-related returns: a prepaid return label will be emailed within 1–2 business days.

3. Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt.

4. Refund confirmation will be sent by email once approved.
