Covers manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase, valid for the original retail purchaser only.

Maintenance and service may still be available after the warranty period. Any shipping, labor, or service fees are the customer’s responsibility.

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, improper assembly or maintenance, modifications, abnormal use &/or unintended operating conditions other than what the product was intended for, or normal wear and tear.

Service Territory
Warranty and after-sales support are provided only within the approved Service Territory. Products located outside this area are not eligible for service.

If the product is located outside the Service Territory at the time a service request is made, Major Fitness is not obligated to provide warranty or support services.
